DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VIP Auto they are FRAUDS. I got a car from them about 2 months ago they made lots of promises that they did not fulfill. I got a 2009 Lexus IS 250 they promised to fix the doors, seats in the car, and my headlight that had an electrical issue and they did not fix it. Do not let the owner fool you with his lies and promises that’s their way to get you to sign the paperwork. My advice is to make sure they fix any issues with any car upfront before you sign the dotted line. I feel like I’ve been ROBBED!!
This place is absolutely amazing. I loved it. Any cash deal that you offer they will work with you and make sure that you are satisfied and won't make you embarrass yourself. You have to go check this place out. Danny and Gabby are really nice and make sure they help you through the whole process. Would rate mode then 5 stars if I can!!!!!
Recently purchased a f150 from VIP and I am very pleased with it. After going to almost 10 other dealerships looking for a full size truck in my price range I came across them. Not only did I happen to find a great looking truck with a good price, the miles were actually lower than any other truck I had looked at. The brakes were a little warped but they through in a brand new set in with the purchase! The staff most in particular Kendall and Moe, were very helpful and were able to get me a great finance rate and good monthly payment. Very honest and knowledgeable staff which is rare for dealerships in this area. Would highly recommend car shopping here.
Their customer service is amazing and they have a very vast selection of cars to choose from. They are also very detailed about the cars that the are showing you and that for me is a very good trait that they have. Would come by again.
